Delivery will take about 5-7 business days from the moment of shipment.

Cancelation
We accept free cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made.
If you want to cancel your order later, we will hold charge costs of used materials. After 2-3 days, we hold a charge of 10%, after 4 days and later - 15%.
Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. In this period you can count on refund or exchange of painting
In order to return you should contact us within 14 days and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Exchange
If your painting is defective or damaged we will replace it. To order an exchange, send an email at kladov@trendgallery.art
Please pay attention, that due the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

I had never commissioned a painting before, and this turned out great! I was sent photos/video of my painting before shipment and was happy with what landed at my doorstep. I’d been admittedly a little worried about potential complexities tied to purchasing from an international seller, but importing/shipping into the US turned out to be total non-issues. I’d gladly recommend this shop to anyone interested in adorning their wall with an actual painting instead of yet another oversized print.
