Delivery will take about 5-7 business days from the moment of shipment.

Cancelation
We accept free cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made.
If you want to cancel your order later, we will hold charge costs of used materials. After 2-3 days, we hold a charge of 10%, after 4 days and later - 15%.
Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. In this period you can count on refund or exchange of painting
In order to return you should contact us within 14 days and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Exchange
If your painting is defective or damaged we will replace it. To order an exchange, send an email at kladov@trendgallery.art

We loved a painting but it wasn’t the size we wanted. Also we wanted a twin in a landscape vs portrait orientation. The shop custom created this for us. It wasn’t a print but an original painting. They sent us mocks, video and photos before shipping and worked with us on any requested tweaks. The shipment arrived in a solid wood box in pristine condition.
Working with Sergio was gret because we weren’t sure what picture we wanted and he helped us pick based on our color requests. Very professional end to end. The pictures look great and we could not be happier. Go for it!
