I loved being part of the process…after the artist painted it, I was sent photos and asked if I wanted to make any changes, ie more brown, less cream, etc. before framing. Once it was framed, I was sent photos to approve before it was packed for shipment.

This is a review of "when things don't exactly go right" - which I sometimes think is of more value in reviews than when they do. The oversized custom item I ordered was damaged in shipping and I refused delivery. The seller, who had communicated wonderfully through out the entire process, satisfactorily resolved this last unfortunate issue within hours of notification. Highly recommend.
