Cancelation
We accept free cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made.
If you want to cancel your order later, we will hold charge costs of used materials. After 2-3 days, we hold a charge of 10%, after 4 days and later - 15%.
Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. In this period you can count on refund or exchange of painting
In order to return you should contact us within 14 days and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Exchange
If your painting is defective or damaged we will replace it. To order an exchange, send an email at kladov@trendgallery.art

The item itself is pretty, but did not have the same colors as the one on the site. Not sure if it was the lighting or since they are painted upon request the artist used different colors. I was expecting a deep blue and received a painting with aquamarine colors. This is a huge inconvenience since I spent hundreds on accessories. I would have returned the painting except my husband had it framed as a gift before I saw it.
