Shipping

Where your painting comes from

Since 2017, every painting has been hand-painted by our artists in our studio in Kharkiv, Ukraine, and shipped directly from there by DHL Express or FedEx. TRENDGALLERY US LLC (Aventura, Florida) handles orders and customer service. You can place an order on our website 24/7.

How long it takes

  • Made-to-order paintings: 7–21 days for painting and drying, depending on size and technique, then 3–7 days for shipping. Total: 10–28 days from order to delivery.
  • Ready-to-ship paintings (Ready to ship collection): 1–3 days to prepare your order, then 3–7 days for shipping. Total: 4–10 days.
  • Custom orders: we confirm the delivery date with you before you pay.

Before shipping a made-to-order painting, we email you photos of the finished work for approval.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free worldwide via DHL Express or FedEx. Every parcel has a tracking number, which we email to you on the day your painting ships.

Customs, duties and taxes

  • United States: TrendGallery covers all import duties for orders shipped to the USA. If sales tax applies in your state, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Other countries: TrendGallery is not responsible for customs fees and taxes applied to orders shipped outside the USA. All fees charged during or after delivery (tariffs, VAT, taxes, customs duties, etc.) are paid by the customer. If you'd like an estimate before ordering, write to us.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

30-day returns

You can return or exchange a painting within 30 days of delivery. Email kladov@trendgallery.art or message us in the chat to start a return. The painting must be in the condition you received it, in its original packaging.

Damaged or defective paintings

If your painting arrives damaged or defective, take photos of the painting and the box and email us. We pay for the return shipping, and you choose an exchange or a full refund.

Change of mind

If the painting is as described but you changed your mind, you pay for the return shipping. You can choose an exchange or a refund.

How refunds work

We refund you within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned painting. The refund goes to your original payment method, or to another method you prefer; just tell us which.

Custom orders

Paintings made to your individual request (custom size, colors or design) cannot be returned. If a custom painting arrives damaged or defective, you choose: a full refund or a new painting made again for you. Before shipping, we send you photos of the finished painting for approval.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order until the painting has shipped.

  • Within 7 days of your order: free cancellation, full refund.
  • After 7 days: we keep 10% of the order value, because work on your painting has started.
