Delivery will take about 5-7 business days from the moment of shipment.

Cancelation
We accept free cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made.
If you want to cancel your order later, we will hold charge costs of used materials. After 2-3 days, we hold a charge of 10%, after 4 days and later - 15%.
Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. In this period you can count on refund or exchange of painting
In order to return you should contact us within 14 days and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Exchange
If your painting is defective or damaged we will replace it. To order an exchange, send an email at kladov@trendgallery.art

I could not be happier with the abstract dog silhouette painting. I didn't want the typical cutsie dog painting. This gives me the dogs I love but it is also a beautiful and sophisticated abstract painting. The painting is exactly as described. Lisa was wonderful to deal with, even going so far as to ask me if I wanted her to make some changes in the painting (I didn't because it is perfect as is). She was also very responsive, usually answering my messages within minutes. I hope to purchase more of her work in the future.

Lisa is wonderful. The artwork was beautiful, just as described and shown in photos, and she even made a small adjustment for me after it was completed. Excellent communication throughout. Absolutely recommend, and will order from her again when I need another piece!
