We accept free cancellations within 7 days of order placement. After 7 days, we charge a fee of 10%.
Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of artwork delivery.
Contact us within this period to initiate the return. The item must be shipped in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it within 30 days of its delivery.
Please pay attention, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized orders.

Custom order
Yes, we can create unique artwork or personalise current one basing on your specific requirements and preferences including subject matter, size, orientation, color scheme. Some original works of art are not subject to modifications.

I loved being part of the process…after the artist painted it, I was sent photos and asked if I wanted to make any changes, ie more brown, less cream, etc. before framing. Once it was framed, I was sent photos to approve before it was packed for shipment.

So very happy with my new custom painting. The painting arrived today and was meticulously painted and packaged. Even the sides of the stretched canvas were painted that truly completed the painting. Roman was right there through the whole process even sending a special link for purchase since mine was a custom size and not on the list. It was so easy and then he kept in touch with the painting review, painting preparation and shipping status. Highly recommend!
