Delivery will take about 5-7 business days from the moment of shipment.

Cancelation
We accept free cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made.
If you want to cancel your order later, we will hold charge costs of used materials. After 2-3 days, we hold a charge of 10%, after 4 days and later - 15%.
Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. In this period you can count on refund or exchange of painting
In order to return you should contact us within 14 days and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Exchange
If your painting is defective or damaged we will replace it. To order an exchange, send an email at kladov@trendgallery.art
Please pay attention, that due the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

I was undecided on which painting to go for as there were 2 that I really liked. Lisa asked me to send a picture of the area that I want the painting in, and she did a visualisation of what each of the paintings would look like in my living space. This was an extremely helpful service that Lisa offered, and seeing this, I was able to make an informed decision on which painting would look best above my sofa.
