We offer free worldwide shipping with our artworks
Delivery will take about 5-7 business days from the moment of shipment.

Cancelation
We accept free cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made.
If you want to cancel your order later, we will hold charge costs of used materials. After 2-3 days, we hold a charge of 10%, after 4 days and later - 15%.
Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. In this period you can count on refund or exchange of painting
In order to return you should contact us within 14 days and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Exchange
If your painting is defective or damaged we will replace it. To order an exchange, send an email at kladov@trendgallery.art
Please pay attention, that due the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

The entire experience from initial questions I had to the purchase and delivery was smooth and exemplary! I had never purchased an art piece before this so I was leery at first but Sergio was professional and answered any and all questions. He made sure that I liked the painting before he framed it and shipped it. He did this by sending numerous photos and videos of my painting. Once I okayed it only then he shipped it. The delivery was smooth and quick and the painting came in packaged almost “iron clad”. I am very happy with my purchase and will be shopping here often!
