Delivery will take about 5-7 business days from the moment of shipment.

Cancelation
We accept free cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made.
If you want to cancel your order later, we will hold charge costs of used materials. After 2-3 days, we hold a charge of 10%, after 4 days and later - 15%.
Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. In this period you can count on refund or exchange of painting
In order to return you should contact us within 14 days and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Exchange
If your painting is defective or damaged we will replace it. To order an exchange, send an email at kladov@trendgallery.art
Please pay attention, that due the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

I've gotten several painting from Sergio and they're all fantastic.

First, I love the painting. Better when you see in person. I have been looking for the paintings for my living room, but those I liked were too expensive. The paintings here are great quality at a reasonable price.
Second, Sergio is just amazing person to communicate with. He was super-responsive, usually responded within 30 min no matter when you sent a message to him. It was the most pleasant online purchase experience I have had so far.
Third, shipping was fast and also, you would be amazed how well-packaged it is. To be honest, it took me for a while to unpack it, but I understand that it's better to get your painting (especially from overseas) unharmed.
I haven't had a chance to hang it on my wall yet as I don't have a nail at home, but posting it here hope this helpful. I would definitely buy another one from Sergio.
