Delivery will take about 5-7 business days from the moment of shipment.

Cancelation
We accept free cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made.
If you want to cancel your order later, we will hold charge costs of used materials. After 2-3 days, we hold a charge of 10%, after 4 days and later - 15%.
Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. In this period you can count on refund or exchange of painting
In order to return you should contact us within 14 days and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Exchange
If your painting is defective or damaged we will replace it. To order an exchange, send an email at kladov@trendgallery.art
Please pay attention, that due the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Das Bild ist wunderschön. Abstrakte Malkunst die es schafft realistisch zu sein. Die zwei Elemente Wasser und Luft werden durch das Mondlicht und seinen Reflektionen verbunden und so lebendig. Es entsteht eine Tiefe am Horizont auf die man ewig schauen kann..., geht man ganz nah an das Bild sieht man abstrakte Pinselstriche-genial.
Es strahlt eine ruhige, mystische Stimmung aus. TrendGallery hat alles fair und ordentlich abgewickelt, wir standen die ganze Zeit in Kontakt. Sehr vertrauenswürdig! Es ging sehr schnell ,trotz der Distanz und es war super sicher Verpackt und jeder weitere Schritt wurde uns mitgeteilt. Besser geht es nicht. Also absolut empfehlenswert!

An absolute great experience all the way around. The customer service was superb that was provided by Sergio. I changed my mind initially about the size and he accommodated me without an issue. I was sent pictures and a video of my painting prior to shipping to see if it met my expectations or if I wanted it adjusted in any way. The painting arrived in a timely manner with full tracking. It was packaged in a wooden crate and wrapped in bubble wrap...loved the work so much I ordered another painting 3 days ago.

I rarely write reviews for any of my online purchases but I feel like I have to give review this time. I need a large painting for my dinning room which I have been hesitated to order from online, worrying the actual look and outcome and overall size fit. Sergio is extremely helpful that he helped to insert the few paintings I picked on to the picture of my dinning room so that I can have an idea how each painting looks in the room. Sergio also sent me pictures and video when the order completed to make sure I like it before shipping it out. I had a great experiences working with Sergio and once again thanks so much!
