We offer free worldwide shipping with our artworks
Delivery will take about 5-7 business days from the moment of shipment.
Payment Methods
Cancelation
We accept free cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made.
If you want to cancel your order later, we will hold charge costs of used materials. After 2-3 days, we hold a charge of 10%, after 4 days and later - 15%.
Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. In this period you can count on refund or exchange of painting
In order to return you should contact us within 14 days and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Exchange
If your painting is defective or damaged we will replace it. To order an exchange, send an email at kladov@trendgallery.art
Please pay attention, that due the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- custom or personalized orders;
- items on sale.

Sergio was terrific throughout the entire process of ordering, shipping and receiving the painting. He responded immediately to all of my emails and questions. I had no idea it was being created in the Ukraine! That was a lovely surprise. It was extremely well packed in a wooden crate. I haven’t framed it yet, but it deserves a beautiful, floating frame in gold and black that I intend to get for it. My only regret is that I didn’t order a larger piece for the wall I chose to hang it on.
